My water supplier is Codeur & we are in the same situation with our last payment having been taken on 7th July.
The same situation has occured with Portillo, our electricity supplier, although someone on another forum indicated that they had phoned Portillo & the reply that they got was that payments should be taken within a few days.
I then heard from another owner on my development that his payment had been taken but mine still hasn't!!
It definitely seems to be that the problem is with the utility companies & not with the Bank refusing payment.
