Polaris internet

Tried this query on the other forum and no response so thought I'd try again here- can anyone give an update on the internet availability to the apartments. We had the modem installed in the summer and it worked until early August then went off when the moved to areanet access. Only access then was via Manzano's. I haven't seen any post about PW having sorted it - but could have missed that.

I did email PW telecom and they responded back in late August saying it was down but they expected it to be fixed 'soon' meanwhile they could organise constant access if you contacted them when on the resort. Can anyone give an update?

Same thing happened to us (block 13). We installed modem mid july (aeranet access) and had a permanent line that worked like a dream until july 30th, then it went off.

When I came home I contacted the telecom department and got the same answer as you. Now, I don´t know what the situation is.
