RPM collecting fees

Hi

Has anyone else had the e-mail today from RPM regarding the collection of fees. They say that due to a banking error they haven't been able to collect anything since the first quarter. As we didn't complete until March, I assume this is a general message to everyone and not just us.

Can anyone clarify this please ?

RPM are currently trying to collect outstanding fees and i would imagine they are sending a generic message to people with bank problems and other generic messages for other reasons.

You will / should only pay from completion

I suggest you contact them to assertain if your bank details are correct. You can also ask them how much they intend to take.

If your details are correct  then you need to find out why your bank are not making the payments.

We haven't received an e mail, but RPM have only taken three months fees and we completed in February. By my reckoning we still owe a months fees for Apr/May/June quarter and three months for July/Aug/Sept. They seem to be very late in collecting the fees, but I'm not complaining. It just makes you wonder if there's enough money in the pot.

We are just back from Cda and spoke with the people from RPM at there office about community fees.We completed in March and were told we would pay com,fees from April onwards.We were told the same story a couple of months ago but as yet they have still not taken any payments.When we spoke with them a couple of days ago we pointed out that they still had not taken any payments and got them to check that they had the correct bank details.All in place on that front so just waiting on them getting round to taking our money from April onwards.We were told the monthly fees for the Penthouses on Naranjos would be 71euros but as no payments have been taken so far we cant confirm this for definate.
