La Caverna Restaurant

Can anybody give an approximate cost for a meal for 4 including wine at La Caverna?

The last time we were there (about three weeks ago) we went for lunch.  The set price lunch is 16 euros per head and the wine is from 6 euros.

If you are going in the evening (if you have the asparagus starter just order for one as it is sufficient for two) starters are around 4-5 euros (I think) and the mains range from about 8 euros to 15 euros.  They will also bring you toasted bread, some tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and alioli which costs about 2.50 euros.  The desserts (very nice) are around 4-5 euros.  Again the wine is from 6 euros.  When we went in the evening we were around 50 euros for two

It's in a village called Los Ventorrillos just outside Alhama de Murcia.

Turn right outside the Condado resort heading towards Murcia.  Rather than turning left at the next roundabout heading toward Alhama de Murcia go straight and keep going for alittle way until you come to the village and the restuarant looks like a cave is on the right.

We've been a few times and really like it.  Great that it's not far from Condado either. Service very good and it's got a great character/atmosphere.  Looking forward to going back in a few weeks time!

Dinned in La Caverna on Sat night. with the Cuz's..........€45.00 per couple,  including wine & beers.  Really nice & meal. Had 3 nights there now & have not been disapointed.  A good atmosphere too.
