Assistance needed

After nearly a year of trying to sort out a Spanish mortgage and not having any luck in getting answers from UGR after sales, my wife and I need to decide if we should complete or just walk away from our purchase of  a swing appt at the UGR La Tercia site.  If we do go ahead with the purchase I will need some help with the following: Who can I contact with a view to getting electrical lighting installed and is there a management company anyone can recommend.  Plus the last time we came over to visit (April of this year) the commercial centre was deserted. Is it any better now ? plus is there still a shop on site ?  I have lots of questions I need help with so if anyone can assist I would be very grateful.

I think a lot of people are feeling like you just hang on in there it will be worth it in the end.

Have you tried the BBVA or the Banco Halifax Espania they are both very good.

We have an excellent electrician on Sierra Golf where i am. We are only just before La Tercia.

Last time i was there was last week and the shop was open the golf course was very busy aswell.

We also do property management.

You could try this company www.lavidamortgages.com speak with a chap called Henry Slade, i do know a number of La Tercia owners have used his services.

Regarding electrical work there is a owner on site who fits lighting etc,  he also operates a keyholding management service if you would like further details drop me a pm.

The commercial centre units are not occupied has yet.

If you would like any asssistance with any other questions you have, will try to help best i can.

We think the place is great and can only get better, has the site matures.
