Property prices

Hi All

Have only just discovered this forum! I bought my apartment in DV in June 07 just before the Spanish property crash..!

It is rented out now on a long term let but I am starting to think about selling it in March when my tenant moves out. My apartment is ground floor in Block 10. Would anyone have an idea of its rough market value today? (the standard 2 bed 2 bath c90msq)

I think you can get a penthouse overlooking the golf course for about 160,000 Euros so I would guess somehwere around there.  It may be worth contacting RyF to get a copy of their current price list.

The frontline 2 bed 2 bath that we've just bought in Duquesa was valued at €182,000.

Any help?
