Status of builders on site and charges

Hi

can someone tell me if the builders are on site and how close we are to getting own electricity and water meters?

Also, when does the current monthly payment on electricity and water charges to commuity end, and will there be an email on new charges into 2010?

The situation on site is the same as the last 4-6 weeks....details in another thread. As far as I am aware, the charges are agreed until Dec 2009 based on an agreement that certain works, (phase 1), are completed. As far as I am concerned, things seem to be moving slowly but surely in the right direction. If however, the electrical and water situation is not completed or near completion by end Dec 2009, then I am going to reconsider my postion with regard to having paid all charges for each month this year.

If I hear anything else in the meantime I will let you know.

My husband visited EP earlier today, he said there were a lot of people working at the lights, electrics etc, no actual building work but here's hoping!
