Advices to possible buyers

Hello everyone,

We have been looking for apartments in the Calahonda area and stumbled over the Las Palmeras development. It sounds like many of you have had big problems on different matters. So I end up with a lot of questions. Are there actually any complete apartments to buy - or would we just end up with a half-build apartment with no furniture, etc.? How much of the development is complete? Are any of the blocks complete? How does it work with the community services? What are the monthly costs - does it work?

We are not just looking for an investment, but a home to live.
