Hi all , 

i am new to this site i to have bought a apartment in block 13 i have been waiting 3 years this june still no completion date.
i was going to ask a question if anybody has been to the development and seen what progress has been made lately, but on reading your comments 
it seems things have moved very slowly.  I noted that some are seeking legal advise against rushcliffe which has also cross my mind.  I would be very gratfull to hear from anyone on any update be it legal or other wise.

 I am a Lawyer who is defending several clients in this development and block 13 is the worst one, it has a considerable delay and nobody knows when they will finish this block.

If you do not want to complete it you have to denounce the delay before they finish it.

I have bought in blk13 and although i have a spanish lawyer, i am struggling to get any answers about reduction on the 2 yr mortgage deal or any comp. due to the excessive delay.can you help.

Hi Mike, 

Bear in mind that the developer economic situation is not as good as they wanted. To get a compensation is quite difficult but in your case (block 13) your lawyer may be can get a good deal. Completion date was approx. 1year and 5-6 months ago, and the works re your block have not been finished, so you can negotiate ....good luck!

    We to have been waiting 3yrs on block 13,I phone Rushliffe but same reply the person you need to speak to is not hear.The lawyers are no help they d`ont get back to me to say whats happening.Is there anybody been on site to see what is happening.Iwent a year ago and the work men had walk off site over some dispute,getting worried,lot of money invested in this.
