deja vu

hi everyone

i have just recieved a worring e-mail from the company who were going to do our invoicing for rental to rushcliffe. the contents were that they are advised not to take any more clients on due to rushcliffes bad payment record. we are shortly due to start invoicing. as this should happen 5 months after signing, it now concerns me that i wont get paid any rental. has anyone had a similar expierience and who do other people use to invoice rushcliffe.

Hi Andrew, We have now received 3 payments from Rushcliffe and are invoicing them ourselves. We did have problems and it took a letter from our lawyers threatening legal action if payment was not received asap before it was sorted. A couple of weeks after that we received the underpayment from the 1st invoice and and the full amount on the next two. We are due to submit our 4th one at the begining of March and are hoping that we won't have the same problem next time!!
