I was out to Spain last week and completed in Blocks 5 and 7 with mortgages for both.
I was told by Rushcliffe that the furniture pack would now be ordered and will take approx 8 weeks.
The Rental Income scheme will kick in 3 months afterwards after you invoice Rushcliffe
We completed a snag list, which was generally ok, and both partments just needed a good clean and some minor touch ups.
The area looks amazing although I think Block 13 is incomplete, landscaping, gardening and other minor touch ups need to be completed.
My annoyance is that this all should have happened a couple of years ago, and legally the occupation licenses had been granted although the area was not fit to live in at the time - how does that work? Upon my lawyers advice, I did not take them to court as the case was weak.
Can anyone advise details of the community president and communal charges?
