Bad news if your meter has been removed it will be either you have not paid the 196€ connection fee or it it in error, check your Spanish bank for a payment to urbaser of 196€ if this is not done you will have to (or your keyholder) go to the Urbaser office near the town hall in Alhama de Murcia and pay cash plus extra 50€ to have it reconnected. (They will not take payments over the phone)
If there has been an error and the wrong meter removed you will have to prove to them your meter is missing? by showing them.
A difficult position?
Many meters in ourJardin were removed and people thought they had paid when they had not as funds were not in bank at time of claim?
There has been a few instances weremeters have been connect to wrong houses (Crossed) but you need neighbours in to check this?
