The following is an extract from a correspondence that I recently had with Susana from the developers.
“Regarding the lifts, more than likely they will be working when the homeowners association is constituted. The reason is that if the lifts are connected with the provisional electric supply, there could be problems (it would not be very safe)
The person in charge of this association will hire the light and other services for the communal areas and also the lifts emergency phones.”
Can anyone shed any light on how we are going to organise the Homeowners Association? Our apartment is on the 3rd floor of Carnoustie so when the day finally arrives to move our furniture in it would help if the lifts were working.
