Postal Address

We are due to take possession of a town house in Manzana 8 in April, has anyone moved in yet and do you know the postal address.

Depending on the number of your townhouse, it should be situated on Calle Aldebaran No. 1,  Hacienda San Cayetano, Manzana 8 - with the postal code of 30592,   Torre Pacheco,  Murcia.

 We actually live on Phase 1, but are furnishing out both townhouses and quarter villas on Phase 2, which is the reason we are aware of the addresses.

Is post actually delivered to such postal addresses?  I ask since a couple of people I know who live in San Cayetano use post boxes in Los Alcazares.

Post is delivered to only those communities that have their LFO's (or so I'm led to believe)  Certainly here on Phase 1 we get post delivered, but a lot of us still prefer the added security of using a postal box service in Los Alcazares, particularly as the boxes here on the urbanisation are small, meaning that any larger pieces would get left at the post office for your collection!!  The bills get delivered with certain regularity, but not sure about anything else!!

Many thanks for your swift reply which answers something that had puzzled me for a while. Should we be moving to San Cayetano - which seems likely given the weather here in U.K. ! ! - I will no doubt be in contact again for further help and hints.
