Hi everyone, thanks for all the replies, we have had 26 empty property purchasers that have made enquires RE: LFO information, all but two stating that due to the poor €uro they are having dificulty finalising.
It appears from the replies the main problem on finalising is the banks inability to lend money, some buyers want 60/ 70% mortgage, others just want a few grand or €uros to either furnish property or buy a car etc, but the majority want a lot of money on mortgage!
