Solicitor

Hi Everyone

We have bought our property in phase 2 through Masa. So far we have not appointed any solicitor. Masa has recommended us a solicitor who is based in Trovieja but I found one in San Pedro close to San Cayetano.

My question now, Is that easier to have a solicitor who is close to SC or is that better if we go with the one in Trovieja. We would like to have minimum travel and I don't know how many times we need to see our solicitor.

I appreciate it if you could help me making a decision.

Hi Helia,

We are buying a Townhouse on phase 2 we are using Imont Legal Services in San Javier, Murcia. They are very good and speak good english too.

San Javier is about 10 mins away just off the A39.

Hi Everyone

Has anyone used a Power of Attorny to do their legal things such as applying for NIE or the completion?

I am just wondering if it worths doing so rather than going to Spain every time there is something that needs to be done.

Please let me know how often we should go to Spain to see the solicitors.
