Snagging

Hi, can anyone help us we have been informed by Tarya that our property is ready on phase two for completion.

Does anyone know how we go about snagging the property?

Can this be done in one day over the weekend?

Is there a Taray rep with you at the time of snagging?

When we bought on phase one we bought through Parador Properties.A rep from the company came with us to check over our house.The results were then handed to Taray rep and the jobs that needed doing were done.

Does anyone have a snagging checklist or a report of the general teething problems identified during their snagging inspections? It would be very useful to have some guidence on what to look out for.

Does anyone have a DIT snagging list for a Quad they could let me have a copy of? Despite several emails to inspectahomespain and promises they would send me one, I have not received anything.
