Should we buy in San Cayento

Hi

We're at the start of our search for a property in Murcia and have already received details of the villas/apartments in San Cayento and have been pretty impressed until we started to read the blogs on the lack of progress with a pool and leisure centre so the question is do we make a date with the salesman or make a sharp exit and look elsewhere?

Hi Lori,i admit its been slow progress with the pool/leisure centre etc but dont let that put you off s/c because you would be missing the chance to buy in a really friendly place where the people i have met are first class,i urge you to go take alook and give it a chance i dont think you will regret it.good luck whatever you decide.

I would agree with the other answer, We have lived here for almost 2 years and have been very happy. With regards the builders Taray have a very good reputation,also in our line of work we have visited many of the other sites in the area and have to say Taray ae one of the best.
