HI, JUST BACK FROM SAN CAYETANO, SHORT HOL IN THE POST BOX FOUND LOTS OF BILLS, AND A FORM TO SEND TO THE BANK TO DEBIT OUR ACCOUNT, FOR OWNERS COMMUNITY MANZANA 1 WE HAVE A PENTHOUSE BUNGALOW ON CALE NECTARINA CAN ANYONE GIVE SOME INFO ON THE COSTS AND WHAT WE GET FOR OUR PAYMENTS,AND WHEN IT STARTS    THANKS JOHNJEN
