taray lawyers (phase 2 penthouse 15)

Has anyone had dealings with law firm Martinez-Echevarria, Perez y Ferrero Abogados. We are having a nightmare getting through to our solicitor who is dealing with the purchase. Since buying through MRI ( another bunch of disasters) we have had 3 different solicitors each promising to call us back, but up until now have failed to do so.

we have had letter from taray to say that the house is ready and we need to make an appiontment to get things going and we are totally stuck as we have no contact numbers that work now to get in touch with either mri, taray or the lawyers.

each one we met in murcia has moved onto other companies or to other countries, completion date is drawing near can anyone out there help with any information

Hi Martin & Yvonne,

We used these solicitors when we purchased on phase 1. Although we completed almost a year ago I had cause to contact them only last week. The solicitor we were dealing with had left and the office in question was now closed. However, the nearest office is now in Torrevieja and I contacted them on (0034) 965830470.

thank you, still trying to get someone to answer us i know they are laid back in spain but this is getting beyond a joke LOL

As I am sure some of you have bought a property on San Cayetano through Parador I would like some help and possible advice.  I have just been informed that my solicitors, Aldea Advisors in Cartagena, have gone into liquidation.  These being the firm recommended to us by Parador.  

Is there anyone else out there who has received this communication?  Be interested to know the steps you have taken to make sure any paperwork etc. they hold for you can now be accessed through another solicitor.  Apparently we only have 15 days from the date of the letter (18th September) to lodge any credit requests we have against the company.
