FIRST HABITATION LICENSE

Hi everyone, we have just recieved an email from Alicia Regalon at Taray Customer Service informing us that they now have the First Habitation License for Manzanna 5 and the individual properties. Unless we complete before 19-11-09 they will contact the Notary in San Javier with a view to compensation.  Anybody got any info on this statement or knowledge about the license?? We would appreciate any news or views!

Hi everyone, we have received a copy of the LFO today and have been informed that Taray are now complete on Phase (1) with the exception of the sports complex, verified by our Solicitor, has anyone else received same?

Any update re phase 2 licence

Hi,

                      Hope everyone has had a fab Christmas, I expected our LFO notification to have been completed this year. Has anyone any info in respect of what LFO's have been issued. We are on phase one block 6. Wishing you all a happy New year !!

Don't know about the Block No. but our Manzana 4 on Phase 1 has it's LFO if that's any help to you.
