Hi,
This is my first entry onto the forum and like many others I too am in the middle of litigation to try and get my money back.
I am using Miguel Gonzalez Raya (formerly of Andersons) and am having great difficulty in getting any reply from him about requests for latest information etc.
If any others are using him, are you having the same problem?

Hi .
We are using him. We keep meaning to send him an email but thought we'd get holidays over. He usually repliesquickly .I am going to email him now , i will let you no if i here anything . This is worrying i no.

Thanks for the information on their holiday period, however I have tried emailing him from 8th Dec 2009 with no luck. My main concern is that there is no information coming back from him on our case.

We paid two lots of money to Huma via Aldea. after waiting three years and getting nothing but lies and blocking tactics from Aldea we hired Rudolf Langen just before December 09. We were only given one guarantee and that was on the Almanzora Country Club. We transfered to Thabernax Country two years ago and he has got the bank to refund the one bank guarantee and is going after Huma for the rest.
He has been very on the ball and obviously knows the system not like a lot of these poorly qualified local lawyers. We were given constant updates and always responds straight away to emails.
I cannot put his email here cause the site is blocking it. It is rlangen at bcplawfirm .dotcom , just get rid of the space before the at sign.
I cannot recommend this guy enough if you think you have lost all your money!

Hi dworme. Have you tried ringing him ?we emailed him last week and have had no reply not looking good.
Has anyone else that are using Miquel (formerly Andersons )heard from him?

I am also using Miguel for this case and other matters and he normally responds very quickly. Just try again, he might have been busy or on holidays during Christmas.

If this lawyer is successful I would suggest that all of us that have deposits owing hire this man for a group action if he is as good as gavstap seems to think he is. - See post below
It would be worth giving up some of our deposits to get the tremainer back and to see Huma getting what it deserves.

My case is with Miguel as well. I had an email off him last week to say that he is still waiting to hear on the outcome of the court case which could set the president for us all! Fingers and everything else now crossed!!

Hi,
If it helps we went to Court and the Court ruled in our favour.
By all accounts that is the usual case so dont worry too much !
The court then appoints a person to value the asset the Court has given you.
Also that asset has to have the title deeds changed at the local Office relevent to title deeds.
We are waiting for this valuation and then the asset is auctioned.
We are waiting for 21k in Euros, so im hoping that the auction will achieve that price as its on the low side.
I dont know the Spanish name of the valuere ...he does have a title.

Hi,
We have been awarded or given an asset by the court. It is an area or plot of land.
The plot has to have the title deeds changed to our name so it can be auctioned and the monies given to us.
The valuer places a price on it for the auction.
It goes to the auction and hopefully sells then we get the proceeds in line with our claim.If it dosent then I guess its ours to sell again at a later stage.

thanks, i sort of thought that is what you meant, is this because you do not have a bank guarantee,i have just had an email from my solicitor saying that the bank caja murcia whom we are claiming our refund and costs from have have now been notified by the court of our claim against them and they must respond to it .so hopefuly things will start to happen soon.
