Frontline Penthouses Blocks 1 - 16

 Hi All,

Just wanted to get in touch with any residents who are on or near the frontline penthouses on Condado. Would be interested to find out what you think of the area of the resort and how the pools and childrens areas are being kept.

Im moving from Terrazas and hope to complete in May.

I don't think you will be disappointed and for those of us in blocks on Terrazas that haven't been built I don't think we had an option not to move.  I love Condado and you have made the right decision.  You say you are looking to complete in May, is that by choice to suit you? I am looking to complete as soon as I can get the paperwork from Polaris

Thanks Mike and Dawn, the info so far has been useful and i will try not to bother people too much.

After playing the course last week it was an easy decision. Im a member of the Belfry here at home and the Signature course blew me away. Ive also played many other good courses including San Roque in Spain and San Lorenzo in Portugal. Condado is equal to them all.

I think i need to calm down and stop getting so excited!

      Welcome to Condado, I'm sure you will not be disappointed. The pool area's are always clean and tidy as are the communal area's of the apartment blocks. We are on 3rd floor of block 7 and the views over the course and surrounding countryside are fantastic. It's a pity the clubhouse is on hold at present but when it's built we will be more than satisfied with our purchase.

It's a 10 minute walk to the Clover and a 30 minute walk back (depending on the alcohol intake) The supermarket is well stocked but there is a bigger one 10 mins by car to Camposol.

Can't wait to get back on 25th Feb. Hope to meet you soon in the Clover.

We are in Block 16 and heartily recommend it,  its very different vibe to living around a pool in the jardines and not for everyone, but we are delighted with it...

We are just approaching our 1st annivesary of ownership and despite the gloom and doom surrounding PW currently,  are looking forward to many more happy times onsite !!

Have been hear for 3 months,and the hole place is kept very well.

The veiw is great,and the pool is too.

You will not be diserpionted,i'm not.
