Air Condition reset codes?

Hi all.

With the power being switch off when my property is empty, I have now got 2 air con units down with error 1010.

It seems that i need need the codes to reset the units (SAMSUNG AQV12MSAN ). I have tried to contact the original installers (chillout costablanca) who have failed to provide a response, which is a shame because their initial post install support was good.

I think you need to remove a battery from the hand-set, then hold down a button when you put it back in, then enter the factory code. Nothing in the Manual to help with this. Anyone had a similar problem?

Hi we had mitsubishi units in our last property and they had a reset button, you lifted the cover on the unit and pressed the red button to reset.

Thanks Barbara. This is more of a reset via the remote control. If I find out how to do it, I will document it for future reference.
