insurance renewel

our property insurance is due for renewel and we felt that the bank over charged us iast year

does anyone know a good and reasonable company to cover our penthouse apartment and

what kind of money we're likely to pay

We went with Zurich (Polaris World) the first year and then changed to Intrasure.  £134 (2 bed Jardines) and payable monthly at no extra cost.

We have a three bed in Jardine 5 and believe it or not the AA do a pretty good overseas home policy, I paid £122 for buildings and contents. It also includes a 24 hour emergency helpline service.

Thanks for the inforamtion on insurance.  We decided to go with Intasure and paid £138 for a 2 bed penthouse for buildings & Contents a massive saving on lastyears with the bank!.

Another plus point for intasure is that they will let you pay by monthly installments at no extra charge

Cheers for the info. What about the over priced life cover policy the bank insisted on to cover the mortgage, can you also change that to another life cover provider?
