Advise on hanging blinds

Evening All,

Can anybody advise me if there is a cement beam or RSJ striaght above the front door and window frame in the 2 bed apartment at CDA. Looking to hanging blinds and unsure how easy it would be to drill in to the wall straight above the door or if I need to hang a wooden beam first, or even self tapping screws in to the frame?

Also in the master bedroom, in the wardrobe, is the tiled floor solid cement floor or has it been raised with wood. I guess drilling in to the back of the wardrobe you also have the water pipes to contend with for the bathroom, but would there be any in the floor?

I put up a curtain pole above the front window and a blind above the window next to the front door and drilled into plasterboard, I would guess that the lintel is small.  It certainly won't be a problem.  As for the floor in the wardrobe, not totally sure, but I think is tiled strait on concrete.
