Running costs of CDA apartments

I'm hoping someone can help me with some advice...I'm looking to purchase a 2 or 3 bed apartment at CDA but am trying to get an idea of the monthly running costs. The only thing I've been able to find out so far is from the agent that the Service charges are in the region of 80 Euro per month. Can anyone help by giving me an idea of monthly/annual running costs (utilities, rates, etc)?

I would also be most grateful for any feedback on the realistic number of weeks per year that apartments achieve on the rental market ? I had guessed at a likely maximum 25% rental return, i.e. approx 13 weeks per year but this was just an estimate...it would be most useful to hear what is being achieved ?

Our first post on here so we hope we can be of some help. We are in Los Naranjos Penthouse and our monthly community charge is 70 euro. Electric depends obviously on how much you use. In winter a/c on heat as gets cold in evening and summer on cool for obvious reasons. Not quite sure as we have only had a couple of bi monthly bills so far but maybe on average 40/50 euros per month. Water still on builders supply as far as we know but spoke with some friends of ours who live there full time and they reckon 10/15 euros a month for water. Apart from that there is a few other taxes which we are not quite sure about but im sure if anyone wants us to pay anything they will find you. Our insurance for our 2 bed is about 150 euros per year this is property and contents. Hope this gives you some idea of costs.
