We have jut got back from a week on La Isla and had a few electricity problems! or lack of it! We phoned the customer services number but were told by an automated message that due to high volumne of calls you had to log a call via the web site!! We had no battery left on our mobile and no intenet access. We were at our wits end so went to the sales office where we spoke to the guy there and explained out problem. He was very good and has had many people with problems coming to the office. He told us to phone the number but after explaining that we had no battery left on the phone he was very good and tried numerous numbers that he had - eventually he put in an emergency call an within 2 hours the electricity was back on. Without him I dont think we would have had the power back on that day or even the next!
The lifts on block 5 were out all week - I know we are still on builders electric and I know that we should expect some problems but the problem is with phoning customer services. Does anyone have any advice?

Hi Mandy & Andy,
The problems with customer service is effecting more and more owners across the resort. Since the end of January the only way of contacting them is by completing the form on the website. We have raised this issue with Marian, the Polaris level 1 president, last Monday and she has promised to take up the issue with the head of customer services. We will chase her tomorrow for a response.

Hi
Just wondered if anyone has had any luck getting a reply from customer services after filling in on line form. We had our apartment looked at by builders in December as we had a smell from bathroom and also damp patch in living room. They were going to remove tiles outside and reseal,and lift tiles in bathroom to check pipes. I have filled in form twice and have had no reply. Has anyone been successful in getting builders back?

I had 3 appointments book with PW to fix problems with of apartment, and they never showed up, so just kept sending e mails every day, and they finally arrived and fixed problems, then they sent e mail back to me to confirm, so just keep e mailing, and they will finally get around to you.
