Bank details for new administrator

Hello all,

My next payments for community charges are due in March. RPM took payments direct from my account.

Do I need to do anything or will the new administrators have my bank details from RPM and take payments accordingly? Also, will the rates be the same?

 also just as a side comment do we have any news on the state of polaris as it seems to of gone very quiet. I would of thought the banks would of mate some decisions by know.

Hi Jinder,

I was just about to email you.  The CC payments go directly from your account to the communities account, so you do not need to do anything.  Milenuim are collecting all the paper work from RPM this week, and once sorted they will take over the process of collecting the fees.    Thier first priority will be to sort out the financies and complete a end of year report for 2009, once this is done the second priority will be to collect any outstanding fees.   We will not be able to determine the 2010 budget until all the accounts are sorted and we know if any changes are required.    There is a presidents meeting scheduled for March 6th at which the financies will be discussed, hopefully we will have more news then.  Any updates will be posted on the community website.

How do we go about paying our community charges? We havent even started paying ours. We need to sort out last year's let alone this years. When we picked up our Post Box key the woman had a right go at us but we were not happy to just hand over our Bank details. Please can you advise as we havent got a President  at the Penthouse Apartments.

I have apartment on La Isla, and when last over asked RPM, about our community charge, and was told they had not taken over La Isla yet, does any one know how we go about starting community charge, as would not want to be in situation of no info, and then hit with masive bill in few months.

I have uploaded the direct debit forms onto the community website.  These are for NEW direct debits only, if you have already paid your fees before then you need take no action.

La Isla has not yet been adopted into the community, the last I was told is that this would happen soon, RPM said that they were awaiting some paper work from Polaris World.   I will chase Polaris up on this for you, and post any reply, but when La Isla joins you will need to complete the form mentioned above and fax/email to Milenium.
