Hi
Have just booked flights for May with Ryanair and the prompt for 'passenger information' no longer appears. Can anybody advise please whether this is still necessary. Will it ask for this information when we do our online check-in?
Many thanks.

Yes just returned and we did not have to do it apparently they know take it when you book and give all your details plus they get it when you check in. they had a lot of people forget to do it and could not fly then caused a load of problems for some.

. Did this yesterday after we got the reminder from Ryanair to print out the tickets. When you check in on line they ask for it before you can print off the ticket. It used to be part of the booking option or you could go back on to do it. Guess people were forgetting and it caused delays- also additional expense.

Was in the same situation. Looked under their FAQ and there was a section for advance passanger info. Stated they collect it as part of the online check in.
I had checked in and was a bit worried at first when I couldn't find the advance info section.

Advanced passenger information (API) is collected now when you do the now compulsory online check in. you don’t complete (API) separately its part of the information you give when checking in online.

Given that Advanced passenger information (API) is collected when you do the now-compulsory online check-in, why is there still a link on the RyanAir website (under "My Flight" in the menu at the bottom left) which leads you through the process of supplying it? What purpose does that serve?
