New or Nearly New Sofa Required

Hi All

Just bought an Eagle in phase 1- m16 (a cancellation), got back on Monday. The house is basically finished and locked up. The main road into the development is open and the palms as you drive up look great. The road around the green is ready for completion with kerbing and utilities in place. Was told the completion would be March for m16, I think that is dependant on the roads and services rather than the houses as they all look finished in that area.

Does anyone know anything about splash pools? apparently the Eagles garden is large enough to accomodate a little splash pool for the kids?

Anyway very excited, just have to part with the money, wait a few months and get over there.

Congratulations on your purchase and welcome to the site.

We were pleased to hear about the possible March completion date for M16, as we are on this polygon too.

Sorry we can't be of any real help re: the pool, we may start with a metal framed heavy duty plastic type until we are ready to pay for the proper job.

We saw a 10' dia one for about £300 in Costco (a trade warehouse) in the UK.
