Naranjos Water - Builders supply or NO supply ????

Morning All,

Anyone have any idea what's going on with the water supply at Naranjos / penthouses, we are still on builders supply  - but I think that that ALL of the Jardines is now on mains with Urbaser  ????

My worry is when PW go tits up at the end of April - my builders water supply may go with them !

Urbaser tell me that they cant do anything or undertake any install because this "area" of the site does not have a "sanitary certificate" and they cant do anything until one is issued !!

Is this something that the managing agent can sort out with Alhama council locally (as i cant see PW legal, getting involved) - I dont really want to turn up for a few weeks at my favourite place in the world only to find we have no running water - apart from anything else - how will I make any ice for the sunset snifter of 103 ?

Do any other Naranjos/Penthouse owners have any info or words of comfort for me on this, failing that I wil be the one washing in the lake at the 18th, what time does the course open ??

Or I guess i could go and luxuriate at one of the 7 star hotels Paramount are bringing with em !!

I have raised this one before on previous posts with no real result. Time for the Presidents to get involved I believe.

Hope the swimming pools are topped up, a little cold but 2 star better than the lakes.

At the moment the situation is as Mark has said , we are waiting for the sanitation certificate form Alhama council.

Federico, one of the presidents, who works for Urbaser, and has an appointment with the engineer from Alhama council tomorrow morning to progress this matter, we will post an update after the meeting.

I the meantime there is no reason to believe that the current water supply will not continue.

Just to clarify, as far as I am aware it’s not just the Narajos Penthouses that are on builders water the Naranjos Jardins 1 to 8 are still on Builders water also. I am on 8 and we are still on builders water.

ANY NEWS ON CONNECTING WATER METERS ON LOS NARANJOS?? IT'S BEEN MONTHS AND STILL NO FURTHER FORWARD OR NEWS?

I CAN'T SEE WHOEVER IS SUPPLYING AND PAYING FOR THE WATER  AT THE MOMENT CONTINUING FOREVER,

ANY NEWS????
