There is an error in the Balance Sheet that AEA have circulated

The left hand column on both the debit and credit side are 31st December 2009

When did you get this?  I haven't received anything from AEA at all - even about the AGM!

UPLOADED DOCUMENTS SENT BY AEA, THEY ARE IN DOCUMENTS SECTION IN EYE ON SPAIN PAGE.

I THINK ACCOUNTS ARE RIGHT, THEY SENT RESULTS FOR 2009 UNTILL 31 DEC 09
