Hi
I was wondering if someone could clarify what is happening with the fees since the contractors on Condado changed over. My wife is over there and has been chatting to some people and they say they haven't paid anything since December. Whereas we have paid two lots this year, just paying €225 the other week.
This seems highly irregular where some people are paying and others are not, its no wonder things aren't getting done.

Community charges are being taken, however many did not have their money taken for March (Jan,Feb and March) this is due to a poor handover by the original adminstrator RPM to the new ones Mileniun-Levante.
If you have not paid your dues for Jan, Feb and MArch then contact the Administrator and give them your details so you can pay, This is neither your or their fault but a problem with changing the Administrator, for the better believe me.
The new Administrators are far superior to the old and are working flat out they are not the same staff.

filled in the forms with the bankdetails 1 time for polaris
3 times for rpm
7 times !!!!! for mileniun levante
I really seems they don't need my money.

When I chased mine up, I was told that I had paid.
After further investigation it turned out that they had taken payment from the previous owners bank details and not mine. Incorrect details have been handed over by RPM.
I have provided the correct details again, but now waiting for the new goup to set this up.

I e-mailed the above regarding my maintenance payment and received a new direct debit form within 24 hours. I completed and sent it back and received an acknowledgement within minutes. My first experience of the new maintenance company is efficient, or I might just be lucky for once?!

I was impressed with them myself, I noticed no money had been taken for March so went to see the lady in the office, once I had my bank details I rang her back and the fees were collected within a week.

The direct debit form can be downloaded from the documents section of the community website.
As noted in the minutes of the last presidents meeting, the shambolic handover from RPM resulting in many owners details being either lost or incorrect. So if for whatever reason you have not had your community fees taken for 2010 Q1, please contact admin@cdagr.eu and check that your details are correct.
