Polaris discount card-using the certifcates

Originally posted asking for advice as I was struggling to get through to a human on the Clubhotel number and the long wait with tinkling music was jarring a bit.

However, fifth attempt- one ring and straight through- so for anyone else just persevere!

Hi Jann, what number are you using to call them, i've tried many and so far no luck.

There is a leaflet in the pack that details what you can get from each ceticiate etc and there are nunbers on the reverse. I'm at work so dont have it with me. Will check late unless someone else can help.

I was a bit dissilllusioned with my first calls as I didnt get a recorded voice on the first number just went straight to music. Later calls started with a recorded voice telling me operators would be with me shortly then music indefinately.

I think if I call again I would ring, get through but not hold as my final call was answered at first ring- so there are obviously people there and it was a call centre as I could here other people in the background.

The numbers are 968 220 551 and 902 103 605

Thanks Jann and Mick, got through and re-booked the hotel for june.  should have been flying in an hour from liverpool but flight was cancelled by ryanair.

We were told at the time of applying for this, it is ran by the Inter-continental group & not Polaris.

I havent actually received my card and had to rely on the email to get my discount
