Court Case re 2009 AGM

I see from the Owners Association website that on the 6th May there is to be a court hearing regarding the 2009 AGM.

Unfortunately the court issued document is in Spanish as a image and cannot be put into bablefish to get a translation.

Can any of our presidents tell us what the case is about please?

All i can say is that there are a small group of six Spanish owners who are saying that the AGM of last May was illegal, therefor all Presidents etc should not be in Place  and are taking the case to the courts? Nobody,  fellow presidents or the New Administration can understand what they have to gain by this action.We can only wait and see?
