I am absolutely furious that there are more delays, everytime i think we might be gettin somewhere a further delay is put in our path. I feel sorry for each and every person wrapped up in this mess. We just want to move on with our life and we could really do with a positive outcome from this- our money back.

1st June decision deadline- i bet that'll soon change again.

WHAT A MESS!!!!!!!

Totally agree, theres always an excuse or delay to keep us suffering and not being able to move on. We all want a positive outcome for our own individual reasons, whether its money back or property. Stringing it out like this will acheive nothing except more stress.

I wish i could say we will all know the outcome by mid June, but i doubt that very much.

Regards to all

Unfortunately that seems to be the norm with HdT/SJ, delays, excuses and serving up more stress to their clients. If they continue to trade on we all face more delays, more excuses for at least another 5 years with a distinct possibility 5 years will become 6 then 7 etc. It doesn`t look good for any of us whether you want your house or your money.Cheers Joanniemac

Exactly and do not forget the currupt justice system that allows them to get away with it !

If you read Martin of Abolex Abogado`s reply on the Simplynetworking thread, the judge is thwarting purchasers at every turn and seems to be siding with HdT/SJ, God help us all ! Cheers Joanniemac

Hi All,

I donot think that you could be as furious as those purchasers who could not vote or attend meetings due to failures of post, solicitors and travel disruptions. It is only right that they have the opportunity to vote or not on the agreement as they too have money involved in the process.

As for getting a positive outcome, I fully agree and hope that those who are seeking a postive outcome, be it in the form of a property or money, that they sign up to the agreement. It is our money that we are protecting not HdT

I WANT A POSTIVE OUTCOME FOR ALL
