Some good news but more need to sign up to the agreement

SGR the same financial company that have recently paid out on my original bank guarantee.

Senor Raul Gregoria, the senior executive responsible for  bank guarantees to private purchasers, told us and our legal representative that we were extremely lucky to have been given a bank guarantee, and that as a company they would be unable by Spanish law to issue BG's to a company under administration.

Now I no longer have an axe to grind, but I would not believe this email for one second on its face value, please ring Senor Gregori at SGR's Valencia office and ask him personally.

The Heading says it all ! Did HdT not get as many yes votes as they thought? Do they think we are all daft?  Your emails smack of desperation, and in  my humble opinion you are a fool to believe HdT`s spin and lies. I do wonder which planet you are on at this moment in time?  I am sorry for having to say that but you are so wrong and so silly.

If HdT gets liquidated no matter who has told you what, if you do not have a BG you will lose your money. So Joan do you have a BG? 

I  truly wish you well and think it is a shame that you have fallen in with a group that have BG's and are trying to HdT down. Very sad. You know that I could say more but I will not as it would not be appropriate.

still you did not answer the question do you have a BG? or have you cashed yours in?

simple question because it did not have one you would be doing the same as us fighting to save our money with the best chance of a good outcome for everyone

Tony, I live in the real world, where are you living at the moment ,HdT`s pocket? As I have stated many times NO I don`t have a BG. Also I have stated many times I joined SARC, and did so, as in the begining it seemed a good idea. However with the passage of time, in my opinion, HdT have been stringing us along and have no intention of providing you with your house or me with my money. As for falling in with the group who have BG`s, what the hell are you talking about? I am an adult with a brain, which I have been known to use on occasions. I have posted my opinions, which are based on this companys appalling track record, and from advice from my lawyer. Cheers Joanniemac

                we welcome all in sarc what ever their reasons for joining and i hope you do get your money back why not there is at least a chance if it goes ahead which is better than liquidation and they have offered several options at the meetings which were repeated at every meeting so may be we all win in the end we did put up our mission statement on the site and so far we have kept to it and will do so  by the way none of us are in HDT pockets or anyone elses as you realy know we give the same information to everyone and respect their whishes of confidentiality and never out a member. any way i am away in spain for weekend PG
