Don't be  scared off  by Tony et al. it is possible  You do not need to sit back and take the crumbs from SJ/HdT's table  .They are in the wrong along with the banks who backed them and did not give BGs .Sue the bank who received your deposit . Fight the good fight .You will never get your house .So fight for your money from the bank they are responsible !!!!!!

Almu never mentioned this option to Tony as they did not want purchasers to take too much  money from the banks  as then SJ/HdT begin to look like a bad risk !!!!!!  They are a bad risk get what you can now  before it is too late .
