SARC Position Statment of HdT offer

Hi All,

The SARC Excutive committee, having read the HdT documents and discused  them,have agreed a position statement. This has now be loaded up onto the SARC website for all to be able to read and we hope that it is some help to purchasers, particularly those without BG's. The SARC Executive are all accepting the agreement and the document gives our reasoning.

Funny why no one ever replies to the drivel on this thread probably because it is  total tosh  . Tony a  classic case of  pre vote nerves ,you are grasping at straws  !  What if it does not go your way Tony will Almu still be your friend or will you turn on her and HdT/SJ  and try to start the joint action you should have started years ago  !!!!!!!!  

The minute you get in bed with the enemy you die with them .Where are the company assets now Tony ? You and SARC bought them time to sail everyone down the river   . 

Too little too late ! Act in haste repent at leisure ! SARC  have been known as  " The Idiots " on EOS for many years they are about to prove their critics were right from day one .

SARC are HdT/SJ's puppets, no more no less you have been had Tony well and truly had not just once but twice  .It is really quite difficult  to have sympathy for someone as gullible as you  . JA

As she is not affected why is she posting so much ? Why is it that she & the tiny BG group keep on trying to put everything down? They have BG's, a lot of us do not and they still have not been able to say how HdT being liquidated would be good news and helpful to those of us without BG's.

Tony why do the majority of purchasers NOT have BGs ? Either you can not or do not want to answer this question .Perhaps if you answer it will blow your pathetic little argument to continue with this illegal company out of the water ! Your answer is Tony ?

I draw your attention to the crass posting from JA, a person who has posted that she is not affected by the outcome of the process. Note the snide tone, the ridicule of the plight of those without BGS. Has she said why she is doing all she can to try to stop SADM gonig ahead? No she just keeps throwing negative little remarks. A very sad and nasty  way to behave. She has known for ages that most do not have BG's ,so she is not surprised with this news but yet again does not explain why HdT being liquidate would be of benifit to those of us without BG's. But she does not care, she's not affected.

Any way she is of no consequence, each of you as purchasers are, think , choose and vote. It is in your hands to decide and i am sure that it scares JA et all that they have no control of what each of us is going to do. Me? I am voting yes & signing at a notaries next week.

Why do you not go back to Almu and say everyone will vote YES tomorrow if BGs are issued immediately  for all deposits paid to date and for all future staged and upfront  payments that will be written in to  the new contracts ."Simples "

If HdT/SJ are worth a F ##k this should not be a problem .If it is a problem then the whole agreement is unlawful and they should be put into liquidation !!!!!!!!!!

Why Tony are you asking people to go against every rule in the book .  "protect your deposit and staged payments with a BG " Have we learned nothingat all  !!!!!!  are HdT/SJ above the law ?????? I think not !!!!!!!

No need for smart replies Tony just answer the question. Are purchasers going to get  BGs "SIMPLES"  ???????????? and if not why not ??????
