If you have another look, there's only a few which are about two thirds the way through the slide programme. They are fairly easy to miss but you should recognise La Isla and there's a couple directly before that one.

Think we caught just two- DSC00842 and 3.

Great pics,nice to know it IS really happening,cant wait to see who will be flying in and from what UK airports

Tried new road out over weekend.   40 kms from inside Condado to airport entrance, just less than 30 mins at steady speed kept within speed limit - in mini bus so sure someone could do it in 20 mins

Has the funding all been cleared now? There was a dispute over whether the funding had been agreed legitimately and the inquiry is what has slowed down the progress but a decision was due any day.

Which new road are you referring to ? 

Is it possible you could post directions to the new airport as I cant quite visualise where it is from the RM2

It is a brand new road so can't find it on Multimap or google. When travelling down motorway from Alhama towards chicken factory, there is a junction marked Corvera/ Balispintada . Take slip road off to the right , go over motorway and at rounabout go straight on for Corvera . Nice straight road to airport.

less than 30 mins on easy drive.
