Air Conditioning

I have been looking into Air Conditioning for our Quad and I am  thinking that a Panasonic Multi-split system with a 12000btu unit in the lounge and 2 x 9000btu units in the upstairs bedrooms and 1 external compressor may be suitable. I was wondering if anyone else has had this configuration installed and if it performs adequately? Is this multi-split configuration better than the single split option which is a little bit cheaper?

Thanks for the reply. They are the supplier of the systems and I have seen their details. What I really want is some feedback from those who have had theses systems installed to get their views about performance and preference of single-split or multi-split?
