return of deposit

We have today received our deposit back from the bank.

It took only 9 months once Maria and the team took on our case after being told by our previous lawyear we would receive nothing.

So any body in the same situation as us keep being positive.

Its come at the right time I have just read a Spanish real estate advisor reckons Spanish properties are still going lose 12-15% off there value in the coming months before things start to bottom out
