I have been trying to contact Iberdrola by telephone about the last electricity statement but the number +34 901 202020 always has the reply "sorry there is no reply". Is this because it is always busy or is there a new number I don't have? Want to query a line on the bill which reads "Termino de potencia" meaning in English something like "finish of power". It hasn't appeared on any previous staements. Anyone got a clue what it means?
