thanks for that , we are going out on the 18th so we will look at the show house, do you know if bed linen and towels are included in this price?

I have been told by Roda that the current furniture package only relates to Phase 1.  Phases 2 and 3 will have updated packages later this year.

Make sure you ask to see the show apartment as the furniture is not the same as the show house. And yes the price includes everything, towels, sheets, lights, shower screens, bathroom mirrors & fitments, everything you need in a kitchen (as well as toaster, microwave, coffee machine etc), iron, ironing board, terrace furniture, pictures, curtains & fittings, etc, etc, etc…………..they even throw in a mop and bucket.
