La Isla Condado Community Fees 2010

All - I have been told that this years community fees for La Isla will be 1198,32 €  a year, 99,86 € a month. Is this consistent to what everyone else has been told?

We have a ground floor apartment on block 3 and we have been told that our fees will be €1634 i think this is to high and there is other people with much bigger gardens paying only €1340 but when i asked the presidents about this they said there was something set up by polaris in our deeds that decides what portion you pay.I do not think this is fare and all 2 bed ground floor should pay the same in my mind. The fees have been published on Las Islas' own web site along with details of presidents and all matters relating to the Island.
