If you have booked, or know friends who may have booked, a villa with pool in phase 3 in July then please would you PM me or check with your agent just to confirm the booking.
We have been unable to communicate with our management company for some time. They ignore calls and emails. We rented our villa successfuly last year via an independant rental company in the UK but the bookings in July were the first via our management company. Initially they quoted the wrong rates on enquiries and, despite our continued requests, they have still not provided us with any financial information. We had two bookings for July (no names or guest numbers given to us) and we still do not know if the guests are definitely coming or have even paid. We started to worry how difficult it would be to get the correct money ourselves from this unorganised company so we sent a formal complaint to the M.D. and local representative, by email and post, saying that we would withdraw the property immediately if we did not get a written response. We have now given up.
We are worried that two seperate parties may have paid deposits and booked flights for our villa. If they are being given as little information/customer service as we have received then they may not have been chased for payment or even know the villa has been withdrawn. We have lost valuable revenue because the villa could have been booked during this time with the other rental company we use (who are professional and efficient). We just hope that the guests in question were infact not going to come or that alternative accommodation has been found for them and that they are being kept fully informed. We have lots of evidence to support the fact this is not our fault and that we tried to avoid this situation.
