Who is in charge at Polaris Homestyle?

Does anyone have a contact name of the Director at Polaris Homestyle?

The customer service from the manager (Maria )is absolutely disgraceful and I have been waiting for 4 months for 2 curtain poles fixings to be delivered. Great they sent me the 2 poles but just no fixings and I can't get a response. No wonder the Polaris empire has collapsed providing such terrible customer service.

I believe the man you are after is a chap called "Juan Sheet" - although I gather he has now found an alternative career in TV commercials.

Seriously though, our dealings with PW Homestyle resulted in a vote of no confidence and we sought alternative suppliers - eg: do you know M&S will deliver to CDA for only £10 !
