Hi all

Just being paranoid but I wanted to check besides water, electricity, and community bills there are two other 'government' levied taxes? Is that correct?

The IBI/SUMA from the council offices and also the non residents income tax (which I have a solicitor sorting out)?

Am I missing anything else?
