Hello i am new to this site but purchased at the Almanzora cc in 2005.
Can any one tell me if i will have a problem geting my money back, as im on the last phase and payed the two instalments my money was not sent to Huma it is still with the solicotors, so i have been told,When i asked why i didnt get a bankers guaranteess they said because huma came of site and have not pulled the money. and you only get a BG when the builder has the money?
I would like it in my account earning interest why this is going on.
